Future Map Program

The Future Map package includes 4-60 minutes sessions of coaching or brainspotting tailored to each person’s individual needs. The program also includes the Future Map Prep Workbook, the Personal Map Guide, Ikigai Guide, and BioLateral Music download.

Before our first session you’ll receive the prep workbook to get you thinking about some of the things we’ll discuss.

After our first session you will receive the Future Map Workbook designed to make plotting your route a breeze.

The last two sessions in the package are meant to be a follow up to target any obstacles you may be struggling with along your journey.
